-People say don’t, but I say if you know someone well enough DO!  Just make sure you know the circumstances well enough that there won’t be a tragic outcome.  Kids are typically the recipient of such a gift, but I have seen other family members be very thrilled at the prospect, and as with any gift the more you know about the recipient’s life the better it will go.
